These Partner Program Terms (the “Terms”) govern participation in the Zorq Partner Program (the “Program”). The Program rewards businesses and professionals (“Partners”) who refer customers to Zorq for bakkie and truck deliveries.
By submitting a Program application, you agree to these Terms and to Zorq's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Zorq reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
A Partner earns commission only when a customer referred through the Partner's unique referral link completes a paid delivery on the Zorq platform. Commission is calculated as a share of Zorq's platform fee on that delivery.
The following do not earn commission: account sign-ups, clicks on the referral link, price quotes, or bookings that are cancelled, abandoned or otherwise not completed and paid in full.
Commission rates are configured per Partner and are communicated when a Partner is approved. Figures shown anywhere in Program marketing material are illustrative examples and are not a guarantee of earnings.
A booking is attributed to a Partner when the customer first arrives at the Zorq booking flow through the Partner's unique referral link. Once attributed, the booking remains attributed to that Partner and, if completed and paid in full, generates commission.
Zorq's attribution records are final and binding. Partners may not attribute bookings to themselves or to others by any means other than their own referral link.
Commission is credited to the Partner's account and becomes payable in line with the payment and withdrawal procedures shown on the Partner dashboard. Commission may be withheld or clawed back where a delivery is subsequently refunded, reversed or cancelled, or where these Terms are breached.
Partners are independent and not employees of Zorq. Commission paid under the Program is not salary or remuneration and no PAYE is deducted. Partners are responsible for declaring Program earnings to the South African Revenue Service (SARS) where required, for their own tax registration and for issuing any invoices Zorq requires.
Partners undertake to:
Partners must not engage in self-referral fraud, incentivise customers to create bookings that are not genuine, use misleading advertising, or otherwise attempt to earn commission dishonestly.
Referred customers pay the same upfront pricing as all other Zorq customers. Commission comes out of Zorq's platform fee and never increases a customer's price. A referred customer who is promised a reward for referring further customers is not part of this Program.
Zorq may suspend or terminate a Partner's participation, or reverse unpaid commission, where these Terms are breached, where activity is fraudulent or abusive, or where Zorq reasonably considers continued participation inappropriate. Partners may withdraw from the Program at any time.
